• 4 years of teaching at university and scientific research
• Successful business - computer service company
• Startup co-founder with full product development cycle experience
• More than 5 years specializing in Ruby on Rails and technical leadership

Currently serving as Technical Lead at Evosoft, where I lead development of high-load web services using Ruby on Rails. My responsibilities include:

• Architectural design and technical leadership
• Managing development team of 8+ people
• Code review and developer mentoring

• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders
